The Pike County Probate Court Office is open Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. It is the duty of the Probate Judge to maintain and preserve all files, orders, papers and documents along with their attachments as required by law. These documents are made available to the public in a manner that permits convenient reference. Probate Clerks are prohibited by law from conducting legal research.

The Voters Registration Office is not a part of the Probate Office. Office hours are Monday thru Friday 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. The phone number is 334.566.1757. For further information on voter registration please visit the
State of Alabama Elections Division or write the Pike County Board of Registrars Office, 120 West Church Street, Rm B2, Troy, Alabama 36081. This site provides an Alabama Voters Registration Form which you may complete the information, print it from your computer and mail in to your local board of registrars.
